Old Lutheran Quote of the Day

O Spirit of Grace, have mercy on me and be not far from me with Your gifts. Comfort and refresh my poor soul when I am grieved. Hold me when I stumble and set me on my feet again. When I stray, point me to the right way and lead me on a plain path. Pray with me whenever I pray, and give my feeble words and sighs power to move the heart of my Father in heaven, to touch His heart, to procure His help. -- Starck's Prayer Book, pp. 107, 108 (Prayer on Holy Trinity)
