Ha! Don't I hear THAT one!!! But then again, I have a hard time believing that ANY parent had to suffer through what we did with David. MR.MOUTH. He woke up singing to himself, he went to bed singing to himself. Whenever anyone wasn't around, he talked to himself. Whenever anyone was around, he talked to them. Or at them. He wasn't really interested in a reply of any sort. You could even snooze off and he never noticed. But he kept on talking and talking and singing and singing. Whew! How on earth did we live through it. I watch the young artist at work now and am more astonished at the SILENCE than at the artistry. :)
How about "Silence of a 4 year old's mouth is excellent for peace of the mind?"

ReplyDeleteROFL...
ReplyDeleteSounds like your David and my Maggie are cut from the same cloth. She is exactly the same. Even talks in her sleep.
