So, tonight's Catechism Service ended, and I turned out the lights in the Church and it was totally dark. Already 6 has become night. 5 will not be far behind. I love the coziness of this time of the year: the gathering together with family, drawing the curtains against the dark, and being cheered together by the evening lamps (and candles).
It's already dark at 5:00 up here in Wisconsin. Humph! I think we ought to double Daylight Savings Time instead of ending it. Guess I need more lamps. :-)
ReplyDeleteNice photo! Did you make it?
ReplyDeleteSounds romantic. Try in December when it is dark at 5:00 and it is -40 celsius. A little warmth from the sun would be welcome! :-)
ReplyDeleteCould you describe your catechsim service? Is it your adult instruction course?
