I would be ever so grateful if blog readers would remember in their prayers one of my little parishioners, Ryton. Today he was diagnosed with Leukemia. Lord, have mercy. Christ, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. And remember his parents in your prayers too, please. Thank you.
When I was very young, I was diagnosed with anemia, but I was healed of it. It never developed into leukemia.

Praying.
ReplyDeleteI never met an uncle I would have had because leukemia took him at age 4.5.
How sad.
My niece, Merry, was 18 months old when she was dianosed with leukemia. Her doctor said that IF she made it to her second birthday, her chances of survival would go UP to 50%.
ReplyDeleteShe's twenty-something today, married with two little boys.
A LOT of progress has been made in the treatment of leukemia, and there is definitely good hope.
He and his parents will be in my prayers.
Lord, have mercy.
