Actually, I just googled a chunk of it and it came up. Needless to say, I was not surprised.
What I did find out, though, was that you can download your beloved text (the norm that norms the normed norm?) for free in PDF from Google Books. Only 871 printer pages. To do so, click on 'Download PDF' under the image of the cover page of the book here:
