It all depends on what time of the year the electricity goes out.
Good news is: once that half-cow freezes, there's enough mass there that if the electricity goes out, it'll stay frozen for a few hours, at least!
So if the power drops, and stays off for a little too long, you're basically saying there's gonna be a massive BBQ at the Weedon's. . . Right? :)
Save a little room for buffalo! A little more $$ but doesn't sit in your stomach like a brick.
Why are you eating cow? Can't you afford to get good meat from a steer? ;-)
