Discovery

When cheddar has been aged at least 5 years, it has an unbeatable sharp taste.  Major yum.

    If you like aged cheese, you might also like cave aged blue cheese.

    Unbeatable?? Try a 7 or a 10 year cheddar... and just short trip from here to Mineral Point, WI you can find a 15 year old cheddar for only $50 a lb.
