Nice! My Dad looked at that house in 2004 when it was for sale by the builder. We were looking to buy here then. It was my Dad's favorite. Looks like the house has some wonderful upgrades since then, esp the finished basement with built in shelves, wow! Kitchen looks great. Re patio: we have a table like that and our umbrella base wore out and the umbrella took flight to the neighbors! Now we have a metal base to hold it more securely. The wind here is crazy.
