No prophet has ever been treacherously murdered, but they have all been put to death by those in true official power. All blood which is shed in the name of Christ is shed by those who are kings, princes, judges, or counsellors in worldly jurisdiction, or bishops and preachers and the like, in spiritual jurisdiction.
