four deaths in the congregation, plus one more funeral for a non-member, and heading to my godfather's internment in 2 weeks. I don't need the encouragement to mourn - I needed the reminder from Sirach that there is Light at the end of this tunnel, the One who punched through the belly of death and left a gaping hole for you and me to walk through.
