What joy! First, Pr. Beecroft's great video on Grace and then visiting Immanuel in Alexandria. Such a reverent, beautiful and jubilant liturgy; an outstanding homily; and the joy of Linden Katherine's Baptism AND the Great and Holy Feast of Pentecost!
Cindi remarked how EVERYONE reverenced the processional crucifix as it passed down the aisle. I especially loved the kneeling for the Holy Verba through the Agnus Dei. Pastor Esget not only did an outstanding job preaching, but his chanting was bar none the very best I've ever heard.
So if you ever get the chance to get down that way, join them in their adoration of the Blessed Trinity. You will be blessed indeed!

You humble and embarrass me with your kind words. It was a joy to see you, however briefly, and an honor to have you at the Divine Service.
The joy was all ours - and I truly mean that. It was comforting, reverent, joyful. We stood outside for a few minutes basking in the joy of having been to heaven upon earth and having tasted the good things of the age to come. Thank you so much. We breakfasted afterwards at that Bilbo Baggins place in downtown Alexandria - outstanding earthly feast to follow the heavenly feast.
