I Am Amazed

at how 1/2 of a cow totally fills the freezer! We're set till sometime next year - assuming the electricity doesn't go out (yikes!).

Did you sell the other half of the cow and give the proceeds to your neighbor who asked you for just a little hay in the first place? (x-ref: The Hammer of God)

It all depends on what time of the year the electricity goes out.

Good news is: once that half-cow freezes, there's enough mass there that if the electricity goes out, it'll stay frozen for a few hours, at least!

So if the power drops, and stays off for a little too long, you're basically saying there's gonna be a massive BBQ at the Weedon's. . . Right? :)

Save a little room for buffalo! A little more $$ but doesn't sit in your stomach like a brick.

Why are you eating cow? Can't you afford to get good meat from a steer? ;-)
