How Beautiful
is this meditation by Fr. Peters on prayer and trusting in the goodness of the Lord. I've just come to positively TREASURE this man's writings. Pr. McCain has forbidden me to use baseball analogies (because I always get them wrong), so I won't attempt to tell you how this is another home run or some such, but just go and soak up his words - you will be blessed.

OK, let's "cover the bases" on this:
(1) He knocked another one out of the park.
(2) Grand slam!
nah! I'd compare this with the opportunity to watch a perfect game!
How about, "What Paul Gerhardt is to Lutheran hymnody, Pastor Peters is to Lutheran blogging"?
Or maybe, Pastor Peters Chrysosplektrologio, which translated would be something like, "Pastor Peters of the golden keyboard."
