...to the fact that Issues, Etc. had hijacked and reviewed Sunday's sermon. If you'd like to hear it with Pr. Wilken's commentary, you can tune in here:
I prefer hearing your sermons without Pr. Wilken's commentary, Fr. Weedon. I have never cared for Pr. Wilken's "Diagnostic" to evaluate whether a sermon is good or is not and his frequent interruptions with commentary were annoying. One of these days, I hope I can hear one of your sermons uninterrupted.
That sermon was just awesome. I read it, but the delivery was even more powerful.
We're going to be addressing the ELCA issues this week.
I'm also going to be using the hymn on marriage that I wrote back in 98, "You Are Not Your Own." I'm not sure if I sent that to you, so let me know if you'd like it.

I found the sermon text at your church's website, and forwarded it to an ELCA friend of mine. He loved it.
