Began with a visit to Rolene - she's still with us, but barely. Prayers arise that the Lord may ease her passing. Then home to write the wedding homily and prepare the prayers for Sunday and to do a bit of blogging. Lauren Nicole and crew got dressed at the parsonage, joining us here about 12 (she and Robyn have been like our own kids - we love them both a BUNDLE!). The wedding was at 3. The wedding party arrived at the hall around 5:30 and I just had time to pray the grace before heading back to St. Paul's in order to lead the evening Divine Service. Then back to the wedding for a bit. Lauren, Bekah and Cindi made me dance. I think they EACH owe me a back scratch for that. Dean had a pretty bad cut on his hand from a bike-riding mishap over in Missouri, and he needed to refresh the bandage, so I rode home with Tim and Dean and left Cindi, David, and the girls still dancing and celebrating with Lauren Nicole and Kyle.
