What a wondrous gift!

Thank you Enid, and the Curry’s, for getting it to me. It will definitely be my “starting point” for all Biblical study henceforth. You can read about the creation of the work here if you do Deutsch: https://lutherische-studienbibel.de/weimarerbibel/

I enjoyed seeing that beautiful and well cared for book. I have my grandfather's old Martin Luther translation Heilige Schrift bible (not nearly in as good of shape as that one), and I treasure it, but the old German font makes it a challenge for me to read. I need more practice!

Is there a new edition of this? Where can I buy it?

DrK, I haven’t the foggiest clue on where to find another one. It’s a gem indeed. Can’t wait to use it for the podcast (well, I MIGHT have already read through the next section I’m covering in the podcast in it and found it VERY helpful!).

Reprints cost 99 euros in a limited edition available through the end of June. Schade.
