Full Day

Breakfast and then Matins.  Off to run errands (library and store).  Exercise (5 mile run and then weights).  Starbucks and then filled up a thirsty Honda.  Two visits in the hospital (unbelievably next door to each other in ICU) - both seemed to be doing well.  Home for quick lunch.  Chapter in Walther's Law and Gospel - still on track to finish by middle of August.  Luther and Gerhard for the coming Sunday (destruction of Jerusalem).  Vespers at Church.  Dinner.  Killed an old computer and tossed it away (with help from David - and kudos to Apple's construction; it didn't want to die).  Elders' meeting (I absolutely love those men - they are such a blessing from God!).  And shortly now, bedtime.
