Help us, we pray, in the midst of things we cannot understand to believe and find comfort in the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting.
"Things we cannot understand." Yes, there is faith and comfort smack dab in the middle of utter bewilderment, anger, and frustration.

After reading this and Cindi's earlier FB post that she had no words, I was reminded of the passage from Romans that The Holy Spirit intercedes for us "with groanings to deep for words." What a comfort to know that as God's children, we can be bewildered, angry and frustrated and have the assurance that our Father hears us and provides all that we need.
