Excellent site... and excellent responses... and a funny one or two... I expecially enjoyed the one fellow who parodied Keischnick with the "Jesus and the Disciples calling off doing any more healing and miracles due to lack of funding from the local populace... too funny.

Here is something that I have become increasingly curious about and wonder about now...

In all the posts I have read around the blogosphere... I see numerous folks talking about "standing up" and "taking our Synod back" and "letting Keischnick know we don't want him" or "voting him out" etc.

So my curiousity is... lets say that even if by some miraculous work of God, Issues is brought back, and that by a further miracle, Pr. Wilkand and Jeff are reinstated and that by a third miracle they accept and return... what do we do now?

It seems to me, in my feeble mind that we have learned far too much now about other shenanigans within the Synod and their questionable finances, willingness to obfuscate the truth, etc etc... that having Issues back is ... well... great ... but where will the Church be?

Would we give up, sit back down and pretend this never happened, business as usual?

I for one...if I were President Kieschnick, would probably by now be ready to get Issues back on the air... if nothing else... to shut all you folks (myself included) UP and get back to setting up new Churches with Ablaze funds, putting up more controversial billboards, having more sex series instead of sermons or all the other wonderful ways of spreading the message. And, I would want mightily to shush you... because now so many other things have been shown in the light of day that I would not want to discuss or answer for...

Thoughts or comments?

Just sign me... Curious...

What has been happening around the blogosphere is deconstruction.

Like you I feel like regardless of what happens to Issues Etc. this whole battle has shown us that there are some serious problems that must be addressed and remedied.

The better question is what are we going to build after all the dust settles?

You are right! Good thought there too... what will we build?
