It Started Out

sunshine and 70 degrees; right now it is pouring rain (and has been for a while) and 59. And this is the last week of MAY??? This has to be the gloomiest, wettest Spring I ever remember.

You could be in Momence, IL, where currently it is 46 degrees and cloudy with intermittent rain showers.

Tomorrow and the rest of the week is MUCH warmer. It's about time.

Here in the Twin Cities there was a frost advisory last night. Woke up to 43 degrees this morning and it's made it all the way up to 57.

Be thankful that the funnel cloud sited at Page and I-170 didn't touch down (thus becoming a tornado).

Well, in Houston it is about 90 and very humid. I wish you could send us some of your rain.

It's rather bizzare weather this side of the pond too (I'm currently in Kyiv and have been the last 3 weeks). Few days ago it was a nice 80, and today we got rain, cold (it's 58 right now, but with wind), and even a surprise snow (much to the chagrin of my grandmother who just finished planting her seedlings).

Scratch that, it's 50 right now...while this morning it was a comfortable 68 or so.
