I still hear "O Come All Ye Faithful" as Adeste fideles in Latin by heart, but have to follow the words in English.

Likewise "O Come O Come Emmanuel" as Veni veni Emmanuel. And that's vaynee vaynee dammit.

I do not remember Conditor alme siderum at all, never heard it, because even in the preconciliar RCC at least as I experienced it the Office was for monkeries etc but not parishes, and by the time I got to a monkery the Revolution was on, the evolution of what would become the bogus ordo, er, novus ordo, was on, and bringing up stuff like this branded you as as resisting the Holy Spirit and clinging to the ossifications of miserable mediaeval blind alleys that had survived far too long.
