Snow is pretty until you have to drive on snow that has fallen on top of ice, with ice on top of it, covered by another layer of snow, turning a commute of 45 minutes into 1.5 hours, when you nearly did not get up a hill that was not much of a hill, and slid through a red light, with thankfully no other cars around.
I have about 4-5 feet of the white stuff on the ground where I live in Timmins, Ontario, Canada! You can have some of that anytime! Plus, you can have the cold temps anytime... we have been averaging around -30C in the morning... not sure what that it exactly in farenheit, but I know -40 is -40 on both scales and that is real cold!!!
It made it to us this morning.... Pretty impressive this morning, but it all turned to rain and our church basement is flooding.... Slush city! Oh no!!

I like your new header graphic for the site. :)
Thanks, Jim! I do too. I love it.
I seem to remember a vicar who gave you a gift of "snow in a can" one Christmas past...
