...President Harrison's invitation to pray the litany every day during Lent has fostered a habit I'm not willing to give up, now that it is Easter. The litany daily is part of my life, I think, from now on. Anyone else drawn the same way?
The classic litany for Lent was a very good idea. Outside of that, on any given day, one will find me praying one of several litanies. Most Holy Name of Jesus, Sacred Heart of Jesus, Most Blessed Sacrament, Holy Spirit, Life and Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Admittedly, they are not readily found in Lutheran sources (but have been compiled and edited for a little book you can find here: http://www.lulu.com/product/hardcover/the-essential-lutheran-prayer-book/15523706 ).
Yeah. Pres. Harrison really created a huge problem. I can't imagine he foresaw what sort of trouble he was creating when he invited people to pray. ;-)

Yep.
Praying it daily during Lent was very helpful. I'll use it again in Advent.
