you have quite the "godfamily", if I do say so myself.

A blessed celebration of the Resurrection to you. (and btw, in case life is so busy that you've forgotten, Sophia's godmother has a birthday this week.)

Ahh... another possible direct descendant of Luther. Sorry I couldn't help myself. She reminded my of my daughter and a inside joke, known to a few in the western burbs of the NID. I'll fill you in on it someday if I am blessed enough to meet you.

I was lead to your blog through a post you made that I liked on the website, "Rebutting Brian McLaren’s Latest Heresies: Was Paul’s Gospel Different Than Jesus’ Gospel?"

I have never attended at a Lutheran church, I'm just curious to know, how do you baptise in the Lutheran church?

We baptize with water in the name of the blessed Trinity, applying the water three times. We don't believe that it matters how the water is applied, for it is not the water, but the Word and promise of God with the water that does the miracle of baptism, making it a washing of rebirth and a renewal in the Holy Spirit. Kylee was baptized by pouring.
