Anybody else

looking forward to getting back to the calendar year in Treasury? If I have one significant criticism for the period from Ash Wed to Trinity it is that the Treasury does not provide the prayers for commemoration of the saint days (though there are prayers provided for the overlapping days - see the prayer for Bede's day on p. 376). Anywho, Monday following Holy Trinity we return to the normal way.

Uh oh, have I been going off of the wrong pages? I just got my TDP a few days ago.

Always visit www.sanctus.org before you open your TDP =)

In a word, yes. It's easy to get lost around Easter 5 and Easter 6 if you don't get to use TDP daily. :)

I have to admit that this is my least favorite feature of TDP. I've been annoyed by it, and have supplemented with prayers from other sources.

I as well am looking forward to returning the "normal way of this". I will defend the way this is laid out. First, there really isn't any other way to do it. Second, did not Christ change the calendar forever, so shouldn't we in this time of Easter observe that? This may be a good reminder. The days of the saints are nicely marked in the front.

Justin,

I don't have a problem with the layout per se, but with the fact that during the Calendar year, saints days have their own collects. It seems they should also during the time of Easter.
