Success!

a loaf of low-carb cinnamon raisin bread that I made tonight.  Love it when it rises like that!

Well, it IS bread. It has lots of wheat gluten in it. But it is mostly almond flour and whey protein, with some egg, some water, some yeast, and yes, some cinnamon and raisins.
